Zen Practice

Single Flower

The practice of Zen in our tradition has five elements, the Five Mountains of Zen:

Chanting: to invigorate the body with breath and learn the teachings at the same time
Dharma Talk: a short talk on the Buddhadharma, or teachings of the Buddha.
Meditation: to tame the mind
Vows: to set intention
Retreat: to intensify our practice for a time

There is no charge to practice with us We gratefully accept donations to cover our expenses.
